Office address in the city, but PO Box out at Runcorn.
This thing reeks of here today gone tomorrow.

Dont know if I would feel comfortable relying on an option contract where I have just filled in the blanks.

Seems like a pretty standard scam format.

'science' (in what sense?)
'buy million dollar properties with only a few thousand dollars' (NO you're buying an OPTION - you still need to pay the million dollars)
'discover you can have a multi million $ property portfolio with only a few thousand $ outlay' (with multi-million spelt incorrectly and every word capitalised)
'low-risk low-cost way to get into property' (low-risk????)

Some other spelling boners in the site ie: 'But how do I know of its for me?' and lots of misplaced apostrophes (FAQ's).

Shows what can be done when you spend a bit on a decent website and a couple of press ads really
