Bank Induced Trauma Syndrome...development finance _is_ available

Hi folks,

Recently we had the experience of reaching our lending cap with our longtime, once helpful Bank lender. 10 x IP's bought long ago, 4 x building projects same bank, 60% LVR total, A1 credit......it didn't matter, the Bank wanted our DNA and more, which we gave, someone in head office then said no more money and that was it...heaven forbid, the tenants could all perhaps stop paying rent, the market could crash, and then where would the Bank be.

To cut a long story short, and having been through half a dozen major finance "experts" some of who were having difficulty with the concept of cross-collaterization, let alone discharging it, some who did not know what CC is, and some who could not even spell it or anything else, and we were becoming a bit stressed, having a bad case of Bank Induced Trauma Syndrome (the BITS :)

The happy news is, after a lot of searching we have found a genuine specialist who has actually helped us to resolve our requirements. We now have a solid relationship with quality finance sources, and which have proven to perform.

Also a result of all this, we now have a business partnership which can assist other investors in similar situations, with excellent market rates.
