Just wondering if anyone would recommend any particular Builder or Tradies who work in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney (Randwick Council Area).
I know 'tradies' covers a lot but I'm interested in tradies to use for a range of work on a reno. I'd use a builder for any structural / extension work of course but the rest of the more cosmetic reno, kitchen and bathrooms I'd be happy just to organise the tradies for. IE - Painting, Rendering, Tiling, Kitchen Installation, Plumbing / Waterproofing (bathroom), Sanding Floors / Installing Hard Flooring, Laying Carpet, Electrician, Fencing etc
I'd also look at sourcing some of the materials (EG - fixtures for bathrooms, kitchens, floor coverings etc) myself from auctions or other suppliers if it keeps costs down. Any recommendations about good places to source cheap materials / fixtures for reno's would also be appreciated.
