It's for a Semi-Detached Townhouse style house. Inner Sydney Area 2 floors. Will need everything from replacing floor boards, Bathroom and Kitchen, patching the large concrete cracks and walls for a double brick home.
Roughly 35sqm on bottom floor and 35sqm metres on top. Might also need a new staircase etc. Heater/water installed and electricty wires to be installed again.
Roughly what should I expect to pay if I wanted to do it is a liveable standard? The house is a deceased estate looks like no-one has lived inside for decades.
