I've used this forum member for about 9 months while living in another state. She is very thorough and likes to keep on top of maintenance. She always gets a few quotes for maintenance. I had never seen the property she was managing and she was really good with taking detailed photographs to explain the property maintenance issues with me. I changed to her after having another property manger that wasn't returning my calls, the maintenance issues were piling up and not getting resolved. http://www.somersoft.com/forums/member.php?u=11026
I can highly recommend Jarrod Lane from Raine and Horne Salisbury- if you do a search on this forum you'll find his details. He's looked after some of my Brissy properties for many years now and is a fantastic PM- great service, honest and a pleasure to deal with.
Not sure if he does West Brissy but it never hurts to ask.
