Renewing annual insurance twice within financial year

I finalised the purchase and began renting out my IP in July 2010 and during that month I paid Landlords insurance for the year. Within the last few weeks I got my renewal notice which is due to be paid before some time in July.

My question is, if I choose to pay it before 1 July 11, can I claim both lots of the insurance in FY10/11 tax return? Or its best to leave for next FY?

I would pay it this financial year and you should be able to claim it.
