I would have to say good luck to anyone trying to buy property under market value in Oz market today, in areas that are poised for growth, you will probably find there will be multiple offers.
Thing is, there is lots of markets in Oz today and the majority of people, being the owner occupiers who drive those markets emotionally, are unconsciously incompetent as to the underlying fundamentals responsible for driving the capital growth.
