Update on my tenant

Well the $15 a week reduction was not enough, as she sought a further $10, which I wasn't willing to part with (starts to affect my serviceability with the banks now), so now I have a soon to be vacant unit. *Sigh*

I suppose good things can't last forever. I intend to find a terrific PM and get them onto it. Will keep you posted,

but...

for $10 pw, you'll be losing at least one weeks rent, and maybe a relet fee. The tenant will have moving expenses.
