Are rental markets strong across Australia or is Sydney's at the top?
Any input would be good as I've heard from various sources that there is a real downturn due to housing afford ability with the first home buyers grant.

If 30% discounts on rentals + a coupla' weeks free rent thrown in represent the top - whats the worst? Cairns doesn't even come in close!
