Have you noticed this latest innovation on RE.com is the rental range, this must be due to shortage of rental accommodation in certain areas, but checking out the rents where I have properties I found there were quite a few quoting between $xxx and $xxx

It could be this has been around for a while in other areas but I have only just noticed it in mine.
I wonder how the rent is decided, does the agent have the OFI and see who offers what, so in fact it is the same as a tender process?
