Rental yield request 4218 + 4066

I'm looking for 5 years of rental yield data to do some 'rental reality' calcs.

2br Units in. 4218 and 4066 QLD.

I think API had this data but am seperated from all my normal information resources and thought I would ask here for some help from anyone with this data.

4218 would be 5.12 over 10 years
4066 would be 5.71 over 10 years.
