replacing doors

What about demolition yards? It would take time to get matching doors, but this could be cheaper than buying new (although some demo yards do seem to charge like wounded bulls).

Went down this path and regret it.
Pain for the handyman doing it sorting for matching doors that weren't warped.
Then the door handle holes were in different spots
and then the painter had to sand, fill and paint and at the end of the day they look like second hand doors

They all advised me to get these @ $40 each but at the time I wanted solids for longevity and character, silly me.

from a local shop
planed to size for $50 each

Internal doors are so much easier to work with and on pocket
