I noticed that the total number of dwellings is different in the free suburb reports provided by residex.
For example looking at the report for West Leederville (6007), Total dwellings is 1,968 at the top section on the first page. But on the bottom half under demographics, it says Total Dwellings 1,315; based on ABS
Is that because the ABS data is incomplete so it's essentially a sample from the census and Residex has used another source to get the actual number of dwellings like titles etc.
