Just wondering what sort of reports you purchase as part of your buying research? Do you buy a RPdata for the suburb you're looking at? Do you buy the RPdata report for the property you're about to put an offer on? Or is there a better way?
I notice some agents will send you an RPdata on request but most wont, so whereas its' free for them, I have to fork out $40 sort of needlessly to get the report. Just wondering what are some methods / preferred resources of more experienced people here.
