Return of stamp duty

Hey guys,

A friend of ours bought a block of land in Darch, Perth W.A. a year ago. At the time they paid stamp duty.

They are now building on the block and they asked me when will they receive their stamp duty back as they are first home buyers....

They also would like to know when they receive the first home owners grant.

Is it at completion, contract signing etc??

Yep.

IF they bought the block during an eligible period, and they met/meet all the other eligibility criteria.
