Hello everyone,

Just a quick question I have had my investment property for 6 years now and never seen one of these bills before, had one rock up in the mail today.

Is this a new thing or what?

Yep, got it.
I like how they put them all on one invoice instead of sending a separate envelope out for each property.

DT yep that's what I was thinking I bought a property in June and it has 2 of my properties on the 1 bill.

Yup, mine went up heaps this year

Yup, almost doubled. Still very cheap compared to some other places.

I have been receiving them for years though, not sure why this is the first time you've seen it
