thansk everyone, I was suspecting 750k for the run down place and 800k for the other,

however, that being said surely, the run down place has to be at least 150k less then the neater one???? seems very odd that the quoted ranges (although they are BS to be about the same)

The run down one is on good land and has no overlay so potential for development.

The run down one has a potential for redevelopment. The good one is a duplex.

Second one sold for $802,000, not bad I predicted $800k

too bad I cant afford either of them
