Roy Mcdonald

This guy is advertising "How to Turn $1 Dollar into $1 Million in 7 years or less" evening workshop

in the Brisbane City News. I often go to these short workshops just sniffing around & finding out info about strategies etc. usually they are free / $50 or less.

I thought about going to his free seminar - realising that it probably would be a stinger course for a more expensive workshop.

Turns out I couldn't go but had something else on.

I did a bit of research and am a bit glad I didn't go.
Sounds a bit wierd & definitely a stinger.

Hmm.. interesting. Make your own conclusions I guess. My spidey sense was tingling though..

Anyone had any solid experience with this guy / group of companies:
onelife aka strategic management works etc..

Cheers

The intro seminar is crap.

I went a few years ago when I was in Sydney for something else and had an evening to kill. It was free, which I still think was overpriced.

Not a single thing that you can't learn by other means, and nothing but a stitch up for more expensive (multi thousand dollar) seminars, coaching programs and mentoring.

$1m

I have the book which is written in dot format (think of a a Powerpoint presentation).

The book highlights the key features of any get-rich strategy (eg make plan, have a budget, conserve your cash) - all basic material.

However I enjoy such "free' courses because of the motivational (spruiking) aspects - the raa raa of the speakers - and the possibility that I may learn something, if only from the other attendees.

But I could not ever see myself forking out several thousands of dollars for a course.

OneLife

My wife and I were clients of Storm Financial P/L which most people would be aware of went into administration leaving investors with huge debt, my wife and I included. We turned to Roy McDonald and his OneLife program to assist us in creating other income streams. My wife had also recently lost her father and McDonald really played on these two issues. He promised he would teach us real estate investing and share trading. Consequently we handed over $4000 which really stretched us. We later found his program was nothing more than a home study program in 'positive thinking' and 'mindset' and all that crap. He has refused to refund our money.

Unfortuneately for McDonald, I have 22yrs experience as a detective. I am inviting anyone who wants to email me personally to discuss what avenues are available to them to have their money refunded. Your emails can be sent to [email protected] and pls title it 'Roy McDonald' as I don't waste my time opening all emails.
