sales contracts no

I have requested a sales contract of a interested property, when i recieved it it had the dimensions of the land etc and parish, but no house pictured on the block. Does this mean the house may not be approved? I though the house should be included to show the geographics and layout etc. Do I have to do a tittle search for this??
thanks SS er's

I don't recall house foot prints on any contracts in Victoria - unless it was a unit of some sort, in which case they had a plan showing entitlements, common propoerty etc.

That's right

No, not at all

Nope.

Do I have to do a tittle search for this??
No, this won't tell you either

The sewerage and drainage diagram, in the contract, will have a rough outline of where the house will be as it connects to the sewer.

House plans and approvals or otherwise will be at the local council.

Some old plans of subdivision in NSW where the house had already been built before the subdivision showed the house. It wasn't very common.
