Does anyone have any experience with the Santa Barbara area (beside Hope Is)?
We came across the area while we were out on the river during the week. Just had a quick scan of prices and there seem to be some fairly cheap places on the market compared to what else is around the area.
It'd be initially an investment, but could see myself living in the area when I retire - I'm 33 so still have a LONG way to go!!
If anyone has any personal experience in the area; or even better an IP, could you share them please?
