looking at a property on Hadley St seaford for 400000 can anyone tell me if this is a good investment its a 3 bed 1 bath double shed and carport on a 560sm block.

I've commented on another thread about this property. It does not seem like a terrible deal. Check with Frankston Council to see if the block is subdivisible.
