Searching for attachments

Hi, Is there a way to search for posted attachments within threads? I was after a cashflow excel spreadsheet, that I have seen on here numerous times before but cant locate the relevant thread which contains it......?

2 months on.....I happened to stumble across what I was looking for...Under the sticky in Information Resources....found here if anyone else was interested...
