I am currently negotiating for a 1920s Californian Bungalow (sort of) up in the Belgrave area. It’s more the style they call 'Hills Cottage' but definitely has its foundation in the CB style, but with a bit of a Georgian Revival twist. This will be PPOR and we want to restore / extend it in keeping with the original style.
Does anyone know of architects, builders or other tradies who specialise in that period? Would prefer locals to the area (outer east); however, Melbourne based would be OK.
