selling block of units - marketing?

Now that realestate.com has removed the option to find "blocks of units" how do investors looking for unit blocks search for this type of property?

I am looking at selling a unit block and need some ideas on how to market the property to attract unit block buyers.

I search for units blocks by selecting units and then bedrooms of 5+.

You don't get many 5 bedroom units, so this generally brings up blocks of units.

I search through propertykeyword.com There's a tab up the top to search Australian listings and whatever word you use in the search engine it brings up all the relevent matches for the property listings.

Another thumbs up for PropertyKeyword.com. I especially use it for finding interesting UK properties

Both great tips, thanks for those. Probably the only thing I don't like about the new RE.com.au is can't search for them.

Post some details up here Karina!

Find a specialist real estate agent that does nothing else but finds such product for developers and investors.

There are 2 or 3 that i am aware of in Brissie and I am sure this is the same in Sydney.

I have 3 blocks (2 x 6x2 and a 18 14x2 + 4 x 1 block) and I love them.
