ps: Prop, that chart is a bit old, i think that particular market is trending down now.

Nah.....still heading up . See new chart to March 2011 in quarters. (But to be fair with only 2 sales recorded so far, statistically not much to go on).

I really don't like month to month median tracking - it can be quite misleading. 6 months - 1 year is needed, along with decent volume, for a trend IMO.
