I currently own a poperty in Lockport, NY whihc I am looking to sell in order to fund my home purchase here.
However I'm not having much luck with selling.
I originally purchased it from Genesis REI several years ago and have listed it with their "For Sale By Owner" website and posted on a few "cracker.com" style message boards over in the states.
Not sure what else I can do to sell it without having to fork out huge amount upfront.
has anyone had any success with selling their US property?
