Our IP is on a semi major street with a local shopping center 40 meters down the road on the opposite side of street. Another group of shops (servo, pizza cant recall what else) are being built on the next block down on our side of the street. There are two houses and a side street between out IP & the new shops.
Am interested in thoughts as to whether the new shops will be good or bad for the value of houses in the immediate area?
