Signed contacts today - Settle after July 1st. Do I get the 20% Stamp Duty Saving?

I've signed contracts for my first property recently and settlement is in July. Will I be eligible for the 20% stamp duty saving?

Yep I am talking about the 20% FHO stamp duty saving in VIC. And damn it if that's true. Could've saved myself 4-5k in upfront costs...

The current PPR concession rate is specified as being "For Contracts On Or After 6 May 2008" which I would deduce as being on the date the contacts are signed not settlement time.

Just called the SRO and apparantly I am eligible to get the 20% Stamp Duty savings as it is based on the date of settlement.
