Yep I am talking about the 20% FHO stamp duty saving in VIC. And damn it if that's true. Could've saved myself 4-5k in upfront costs...

Will do that to confirm from the source but I don't like my chances: Link The current PPR concession rate is specified as being "For Contracts On Or After 6 May 2008" which I would deduce as being on the date the contacts are signed not settlement time.

E Electro 10th May, 2011 #6 Just called the SRO and apparantly I am eligible to get the 20% Stamp Duty savings as it is based on the date of settlement.
