Simple Negative Gearing Calculator

Hi guys,

Just made a simple calculator to work out tax return or payable based on the following assumptions and points:

- calculator for individual income
- fixed rates (interest only)
- formula for tax set up for 30k-75k bracket (average), this can be changed though

Most of the values can be changed.

Please provide feedback on it. Are there any crucial mistakes?

Currently making a much more customisable and complex one - anything people would want included? (not companies or trusts or anything like that hehe)

Need to learn excel again
