Since when was a studio = 1 bedroom??

Domain doesn't give the option of listing a property as a studio in the bedroom feild... you have to state a number of bedrooms and cannot put an 's' in this field. So the agent has a choice of putting a 0 or a 1......

you can however choose 'studio' instead of 'apartment' or 'unit' but i think you will find most agents over look this, as they immediately list the property as an apartment or unit....

My point is that I think they should list a studio as having 0 bedrooms. I can understand why REAs wouldn't want to do this though.

Studios are absolutely tiny! (see the link for the floor plan) That studio effectively has 0 bedroom and 0 car spaces... not my kind of investment property..,

in the 80's i had issues with names after living in Qld and heading to Perth, culture shock...
