Smart Property Investment Article

There is an interesting article in the Smart Property Investment April issue, on page 44 about Matt and Kate Moloney.

In the article, they mention a property group and a Mentor, but don't go into detail. Does anyone know who their mentor is, as their strategy is closely aligned to my own and I would love to be able to touch base with them.

Any more clues? Where do they live? What do they say about the group?

Have they got photos of the couple? Reason I ask is I often read magazine stories and see people I have met before (at seminars etc).
