some buys in WA

For those who like coastal land, how about an 80km Indian Ocean frontage? Back in Perth city there is an ad in the Elders' window for ~200,000 hectares or ~500,000 acres on the coast north of Port Hedland. Fronts onto the highway about 130km from Port Hedland on the road to Broome. Asking 5.5 million. So, averages $11/acre. I don't recall what that included in the way of improvements or stock. Located ~2,000 km from Perth.

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Whoever bought that block is sitting pretty at the moment!!$11 an acre, that would get you a coffee and a biscuit if youre lucky in PH at the moment.

dalyellup, eaton etc are all just excuses for a set of traffic lights to slow people up from getting down to dunsborough and a revenue raising opportunity for speed camers as they invariably add in more 70 and 80kmh zones. Hopefullythey build a by pass at some point.

There is often cheap fuel in Eaton.

Huh?
