Somerville, VIC (Mornington Peninsula)

Hello, I already have two properties in Somerville. Does anyone else on here have properties in Somerville (or surrounding areas like Baxter, Pearcedale and Tyabb)?

I'd love to hear peoples opinions of where Somerville is headed in the coming years.

Hi SupaRex,

My brother has an IP in Somerville and our family has a big block of land in Tyabb which we are currently taking through the rezoning process. I think the area has great long term potential, it is cheap, near Frankston and the water. There is plenty of industry down there and this will only increase as the port keeps getting larger.

One of our clients has a permit to build a new shopping centre directly next to the current one, this will help lift activity in Somerville in the short term.
