Hi - just wondering whether/how the stamp duty rates differ between buying land (with plans and permits approved) versus property (existing dwelling) in Victoria cheers

Hi I'd like to know this too. And is it worth it if it means missing out on rent? The off the plan deals I've looked at don't really seem worth the stress and missed rent... unless ppl are offering much less and getting real bargains.
