Stamp Duty on house being constructed?

Waiting to hear back from the agent regarding this, but sitting here doing nothing so i thought if i could get an idea i could be doing some figures!

The property is in VIC, $319k and is about 6-8 weeks off completion. Any estimates I can play with?

The builder will provide a statutory declaration which states what the value of the property was at the stage it was purchased. The OSR will rely on this for stamp duty purposes.
