Does anyone know much about this development? Built in 1998, strata is reasonable, and yields are pretty decent.

- SMH article from 1997 - 'Millennium Tower - studios from $245,000, 1br from $275,000, 2br from $385,000.'. Why would the capital growth be so poor from 1997 to now, after almost 15 years?
- Seems like there was some issues relating to fire safety a couple years back but looks like it has been sorted out (http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2004/11/12/1100227582268.html?from=storylhs)
- Would this make a good investment? Is there anything else I should think about / be wary about?
