I've done some research and seems like most companies charge around $120k for a turnkey 60m2 build. What are people actually paying for 60m2 granny flats today? As this is an investment property, I'm only concerned about numbers (assuming the build is done to spec and won't fall apart after a decade).
I also did a forum search and found some threads as recent as last year where people are mentioning builds costing 90k for the same size - where are these companies and what should I be wary of?
