Sydney Lower North Shore PM advice

Hi All,

I've been reading the forums for a few months and decided to join to get some advice in regards to a property manager for my unit.

Is anyone currently using a PM around the Crowsnest/Wollstonecraft/Waverton area? Any recommendations?

After speaking to a few places this morning it seems that its on the high side, around 7-8% pa.

It seems a lot of the lower rates on offer are misleading as they don't include the additional fees (Letting fees, marketing fees, admin fees etc), which then work out to be around the same end percentage.

Is this rate consistent with any other similar areas in Sydney? I.e East, Beaches and Inner West?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Discounts may be applicable for multiple properties however single properties are usually around that % bracket.
