Sydney Water has written to owners of commercial properties with land areas over 1000 m2 advising its stormwater charge will increase from $127 to over $200 shortly. 
The only way around it is to prove that you have installed water runoff measures eg: retention pits, rainwater tanks etc (the charge then drops to $108) but you will need a plumbers certificate.
