Tenants vacate for a period with my approval

My qld property is managed under a standard rental lease.

If I decide that the tenants don't need to pay for a few weeks or a month then what typically happens to management fees.I might move in for that period.

Just so this thread doesn't get off topic I have posted minimum detail.

should be just chargeable on monies collected... nothing collected, no charge.

Depends what's in the contract with the PM. Typically it's a % of rental income for management fee. If there's no tenant, PM shouldn't get money.
