it seems that half of tobrul st is for sale not sure if its private or department stock

also there are 20 freestadning properties under $200k for sale,

to be honest, the lack of future good news or potential makes me think there is no point in buying or holding stock in this area

There's not even hardly any ski boats at lake Glenbawn these days. Normally there would be 30 ski boats towing kids and people around each Saturday or Sunday. Almost get the whole place to myself these days. Not complaining as the flat water is great.

I'm feeling the pain too as i hold one in Singleton.......i might be selling it next yr as the outlook doesn't seems too bright.....

how is everyone going with renting theirs out

just looked 282 rentals

one place was $230 for a brand new 3bdr in an estate.
one place was $150 for a old 3bdr townhouse in the middle of town

I think its a bloodbath to be honest

• None are currently listed for sale on RE
• No history of sale to the public for at least 20-30 years.
• The 4 current listing on RE are from Private owner.

My suggestion is stay as far away from that street as possible, otherwise you're buying into a HC family.

those software is wrong when it comes to ownerships,

I know of at least 12 on torbuk that hae sold to the public in 2 years,\
hc must have their own rules, ive always wondered why
