Just did a drive-by on an IP in a H/C area. It wraps around another property that is on a corner, with a handlebar driveway for mine, so mine has 2 street addresses, but is just a fraction too small to sub-divide. For many years I have mentioned that I would like the next property because it will make it so much easier to be creative.

Well........it is all boarded up. This means one of two things. A) H/C is between tenants, or B) H/C is about to sell it off. I will be keeping a close eye on this property, cause if it is going up for sale, I want it.
