Beach gets a bit busy at Xmas - would have to rent it out and go ski-ing each year. Geez -it'd be tough.

I think these direct beach fronts look better than they are to actually live in. As the beach is a public area, there will be a lack of privacy. Constant strangers and noise. The front yard will be littered with all sorts of rubbish all the time. Your neighbours houses will also likely be holiday rentals - again full of strangers and noises at odd hours.

I think these houses are great for short term holiday stays but not as full time living.
