Thoughts on Loganlea, QLD

Hi,

Just wondering what people thoughts on the South Quarter Drive estate in Loganlea as an IP, and if anyone is looking at this estate as an IP.
poor public transport and therefore difficult access to everywhere including Logan hospital, Tafe and uni.

My cousin who live in Brizzy tells me the estate is located in the poorer part of Loganlea with poor public transport and therefore difficult access to everywhere including Logan hospital, Tafe and uni.

Any thoughts, as we don't know if there are future plans to revitalize etc? Or where to find such information.

Seems nobody knowledgeable has anything to add so I might throw in my 2 cents. I'd probably prefer to buy around the hospital/train station side of Loganlea. It's a bit rough and tumble and a fair whack of petty crime (I think Loganlea tops the list or comes close for property related crimes in greater Brisvegas) but it's still reasonably affordable and the yields are OK.

My only concern would be lack of CG (across all of Loganlea, I think prices will only rise with the tide), but yield might make up for this.
