Ahhh the word smart is thrown around too casually. The word you're looking for is intelligent.

You want to pay someone more intelligent than you to work hard. And you can do that because you are smarter than them - smarter than them at how to live life, smarter than them at taking risks, smarter than them at managing your finances, smarter than them on making gutsy decisions at the right times.

That way, you'll end up wealthy and live a fulfilling life. While the intelligent person will live a rich and laborious life.
