Title Information for One (1) house!

Hi all,

I'm looking for information (past sale amounts) on one house address I am hoping to purchase.

Is RPdata the best resource for this? I got as far as the 'We need your Credit Card!' before I thought I best look to see what else is on offer.

As I am (hoping) for the time being that this is a one off, I'm hoping a real estate data site may offer a very limited trial (ie one free search ) so I can get this information without needing to plug the CCard # in.

For a measly $50 or so, it's well worth it. For one house I was looking at recently, I asked for the STREET history and got all the past sales for over a decade. This gave me a good insight into not only the house in question's past sales but how it performed in relation to all the other houses in the street.
Was well worth the money.

I agree completely - it's well worth the money. I always get their reports for any property I am seriously considering purchasing.
