Toowoomba PM recommendation

I am in need of a new pm in the Toowoomba area.
I would like some recommendations from landlords who have property in and around Toowoomba.
I'm not after the cheapest, just someone who is proactive, motivated, interested and communicates well

McGrath Property Management team is great and I highly recommend them.

Fees are on the high side at about 8% if you have 1 IP but you get what you pay for.

Happy to answer any questions RE McGrath, been using them for over 2 years now.

Professionals Insights - ~8.25% pretty happy with their services. Very good comms so far

Mind you - Its a small team - i deal directly with their owners who runs the PM side of things. Its nowhere the size of McGrath and one of the reasons why i chose it..
