I'm looking at selling my 2 x 1 townhouse in Mosman Park. I'm off to London in March/April 2011 so would like to sell it before then. I'm going to try sell the property privately first due to having a bit of success sellling parents/relatives places myself.
I've never had a hard time coming up with a price but I'm having a hard time coming up with a value for it. There arent a whole lot of townhouses in Mosman Park and most of the Units there are in really bad 10+ story ex-commission complexes. The 2 bed units range from $320,000 - $450,000 (nicer complex with view), so quite a broad range. A 2 bed house on a 300sqm block will start from around $700,000.
So can anyone give me a very approx price of what my place would be worth. The complex of 18 is located at 7 O'Halloran Lane Mosman Park, WA.
