Townhouse/Villa questions

Hi all,

As we all knows, drainage or sewage mains can present an adverse effect on the land value of property. So, does this affect properties like say a townhouse/villa where you can't touch it anyway??

Also, is purchasing a TH or villa advisable? Reason for asking is, the prices of the areas we are interested, has either go up to a point which we can't afford it, or whatever remaining's affected by drainage or sewage lines. So, i figure the next best option is a TH or villa, but at a much prime location.

Any comments will be good.

Ryan, your question is way too broad. Narrow it down to an area so that we have something to work with you on. Also a price range helps too.
