Transfer of a fixed term mortgage

Hi

I am looking at selling one property on a 2 year fixed mortgage and transfering the loan to a new property ( no change in loan size required I think ) is it posiable?

The loan is with Banksia and will be 1 year into the term by sale time.

There arent many loans where you cant substitute he security.

issues may be timing of settlement and valuation that should be all
